Next Level Peak Performance is a high-performance productivity coaching program designed to support individuals with ADHD and others seeking productivity optimization. The Program is built on neuroscience-based methods, proprietary frameworks, and integrated productivity systems.
The Program includes:
Six (6) live coaching calls delivered over a designated period
Lifetime access to proprietary Skool content following completion of the six coaching calls
One (1) year of access to calendar scheduling systems beginning after completion of the six coaching calls
2. Eligibility and Participant Responsibilities
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Attend scheduled coaching sessions and complete assigned exercises
Conduct yourself respectfully toward coaches, staff, and participants
Acknowledge that results depend on personal effort, consistency, and execution
3. Lifetime Skool Access
Upon completion of the six (6) live coaching calls, you receive lifetime access to proprietary digital training materials hosted on Skool.
“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the Skool platform used by Next Level Systems LLC (“NLS”). NLS reserves the right to update, replace, restrict, or discontinue content at any time.
4. Calendar System Access
Clients receive one (1) year of access to calendar scheduling systems beginning after the six (6) coaching calls are completed. Continued access after one year may require an additional purchase or subscription.
5. Refund Policy
A 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is available under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase
Client must have attended all scheduled coaching calls during the 30-day period
Client must have completed all assigned exercises
Client must attend an exit interview with the Director of Product
Refunds apply only if the client experiences no meaningful productivity improvement

No refunds are issued after thirty (30) days or if the above conditions are not met.
6. Session Attendance and Rescheduling
One (1) missed coaching call is permitted without penalty
Additional no-shows are counted as completed sessions
Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited
All sessions must be scheduled and attended within the Program timeline
7. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
Upon termination:
Access to Skool and calendar systems may be revoked
No further coaching sessions will be delivered
Termination does not release you from obligations related to intellectual property, confidentiality, non-use, non-teaching, or non-compete provisions.
All materials, content, methodologies, frameworks, systems, tools, terminology, exercises, recordings, visuals, templates, workflows, strategic processes, and know-how provided through the Program (collectively, the “Company IP”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Next Level Systems LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
License Granted
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Company IP solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Strict Prohibitions
You may not, directly or indirectly:
Copy, record, screenshot, extract, or store Company IP
Record, capture, screen record, transcribe, or attempt to obtain copies of any coaching calls, sessions, or Program communications
Teach, coach, license, sell, or distribute Company IP
Create derivative works, frameworks, tools, templates, or methodologies
Build or assist in building software, applications, AI tools, automations, or platforms derived from Company IP
Use Company IP to train others or represent it as your own work
Any violation constitutes a material breach and may result in termination, injunctive relief, and monetary damages.
9. Client Non-Compete & Non-Teaching Clause
By enrolling, you expressly agree that you will not:
Teach, coach, mentor, or train others using Company IP
Create or offer productivity, ADHD, or performance programs derived from Company IP
Build or participate in building tools, software, AI systems, or platforms based on Company IP
Represent yourself as having proprietary methods learned from the Program
Duration & Scope
Applies during Program participation and after completion or termination
Applies worldwide, regardless of delivery medium
You acknowledge that Company IP constitutes confidential trade secrets and that violations may cause irreparable harm.
10. Website and Content Usage
All website and platform content is owned by Next Level Systems LLC and provided for personal use only. Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.
11. Privacy & Data Handling
Client data is securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel
Data is never sold or shared without consent, except as required by law
Clients may request data deletion at any time
12. Call Recording & Consent
All coaching calls, group calls, onboarding sessions, support calls, and any other communications conducted as part of the Program may be recorded by Next Level Systems LLC (“NLS”).
By enrolling in and participating in the Program, you expressly acknowledge, consent, and agree that:
Calls may be recorded for service delivery, quality assurance, training, internal review, compliance, documentation, dispute resolution, and program improvement purposes
Recordings may be accessed only by authorized NLS personnel and contractors
All recordings are the exclusive property of Next Level Systems LLC
Clients may not record, reproduce, distribute, share, or publish any Program calls or communications without prior written consent
Participation in any Program call constitutes affirmative, informed consent to recording. If you do not consent, you must refrain from participating in live calls.
13. Coaching-Only Disclaimer (No Medical or Mental Health Services)
The Program is a productivity and performance coaching program only.
Next Level Systems LLC, its coaches, staff, and representatives:
Are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, or medical professionals
Do not provide medical, mental health, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic services
Do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or mental health condition, including ADHD
Nothing in the Program constitutes or should be construed as medical advice, mental health treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or clinical care.
You acknowledge that:
Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care
You are solely responsible for seeking appropriate professional support when needed
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you should seek immediate assistance from a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.
14. Disclaimer of Results and Liability
No specific results are guaranteed. Outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and execution.
15. Amendments
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, with exclusive jurisdiction in Orange County, California.

By enrolling, submitting forms, or accessing the Program, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms
You agree to be legally bound
You acknowledge and accept all intellectual property, recording consent, and non-use restrictions
